The Concept2 SkiErg brings the full-body intensity of Nordic skiing to any training environment — delivering a demanding, low-impact workout that develops cardiovascular fitness, upper body strength, and core power simultaneously. Used by cross-country skiers, triathletes, and elite conditioning coaches worldwide.

• Dual high-strength synthetic cord drive — smooth, lightweight cords replicate the natural double-pole skiing motion for a full upper body and core stimulus.
• Air resistance flywheel — smooth, consistent resistance that scales precisely with effort.
• Performance Monitor 5 (PM5) — accurate real-time data including pace, watts, and calories, compatible with the Concept2 logbook and ErgData app.
• Wall-mounted or floor stand options — mount directly to the wall for a minimal footprint, or use with the optional floor stand for full mobility and flexible placement.
• Maximum user weight: 500 lb (227 kg) — as tested by Concept2.
