The MYO Strength Soft Plyometric Platform 5 Box Set is the ideal tool for overall power and performance. These plyo boxes are designed to work individually or together as a set and can be stacked together up to a height of 160 (cm).
Each of the platforms are attached together with strong, Velcro straps to help ensure safety during use. Each box is constructed with a thick, high-grade plywood and foam padding to ensure stability and comfort during workouts. With a variety of heights to choose from, these plyo boxes are ideal for honing in on a variety of athletic goals.
The MYO Strength Soft Plyometric Platform 5 Box Set is made from a high-density foam and covered with hard wearing vinyl. A key benefit is that the foam will absorb some of the impact during landing.
