The Perform Series Chest Press replicates the traditional bench press movement, making it ideal for isolating the chest, shoulders, and triceps with the added safety of a selectorised machine. Independent arm movement encourages symmetrical strength development and allows for unilateral, bilateral, alternating, or high-speed reciprocal training. A pre-stretch foot enables a secure start and finish position, reducing injury risk.
