Two exercises in one machine. The Perform Series Pec Fly / Rear Delt features two independent pivoting arms with dual-position handgrips and a starting position adjustable over a 90-degree range. Face forward to isolate the pectorals, spin round to target the rear deltoids. Independent arm movement allows for unilateral, bilateral, alternating, or high-speed reciprocal training.
