The Perform Series Shoulder Press delivers targeted overhead pressing with a counter-balanced arm and rear-set pivot for a smooth motion path and optimal starting resistance. Replicating the overhead barbell/dumbbell press, it isolates the anterior deltoids with maximum safety. Independent arm movement allows for unilateral, bilateral, alternating, or high-speed reciprocal training.
